Engr. Chinazor Okereke is the founder, MD/CEO of Shelter Concepts Nigeria LTD (SCNL). He is the pioneer and current Chairman,Board of Trustees Abuja Estate Developers Association (AEDA). He has led SCNL since 1999 and grown the company to a multi-billion naira concern. His focus, fidelity and visionary leadership has seen the steady growth of SCNL to become the most trusted brand in Real Estate and Property Development in Abuja. He is an Alumnus of Federal University of Technology Owerri where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Technology (B.tech) in 1991. He holds a Certificate in Business Administration from University of California lrvine, USA.
Chinazor is a dedicated husband and father of two.
UCHE OBILOR
Director
Uche Obilor is a Lagos-based businessman who for many years has been actively engaged in the Port Harcourt oil servicing industry.
Though a lawyer by profession, Mr. Obilor has always worked in the oil sector, providing accommodation sea vessels for oil companies and their workers for decades.
With a vast experience in the business that spans almost 30 years, Mr. Obilor has been an integral part of Shelter Concepts Nigeria since itsinception in 1999.
He is happily married and is father to his young adult son.

Chief Okereke is a seasoned Management Consultant with over 25 years combined experience in management consulting,investment management, construction management and entrepreneurship.
As Executive Director (Admin & Marketing) he oversees,directs and integrates the administration and marketing departments of the Company.
Chief Okereke possesses excellent organizational and decision making skills, He’s an effective communicator with stronginterpersonal skills, strategic thinking aptitude and leadership ability.
